65daysofstatic – Install a break in the heart that clucks time in arabic

One of my favourite bands. This track is right at the start of an absolutely amazing album.

Culprate – Deliverance

I have to put the full album in here, its impossible to choose just one track. The whole thing is a work of art.

NIN – Burn

Nine Inch Nails in general. I used to listen to this track a lot whilst getting warmed up before gigs when I was playing in a band. Trent Reznor was a massive influence, he initially bridged the gap between bands and electronic music for me, and his production and their live shows were just amazing.

Pink Floyd – Dark side of the moon

This is another one that has to be the full album. When I was a kid I listened to this on my dad’s record player, it was probably the first album where I was really interested in the production and the electronic side of it. Still to this day it’s an amazing record.

Los Albertos – Friends

One of my favourite bands from the UK festival scene, again its hard to pick a favourite track but I do love this one. I have many good memories of seeing them play at festivals over the past few years.

The Speed Freak & DJ Producer – Terrorist

Heavy, intense, distorted kick drum assault smash in the face.

NOFX – Take two placebos and call me lame

Loved them since I was a teenager. Way too many tunes to pick from but this is a good one.

Noisia – Outer Edges

Another full album… this album was the first to really make me like DnB, about 15 years after everyone else my age! The production on it is just immense.

RJD2 – Smoke & Mirrors

The whole Dead Ringer album is amazing but this has always been my favourite track. These days it reminds me of a friend who died a few years ago.

Eric Satre – Gnossienne 1

I like a lot of classical music, some of it is mind blowing in the power produced by the instruments, but this piece is beautiful in its simplicity. This specific performance is particularly good.
